جوجولفي خدمة حجز عربات الجولف داخل كمبوند دار مصر الأندلس بالقاهرة الجديدة. نحن نحترم خصوصيتك، ولا نجمع إلا البيانات اللازمة لحجز رحلتك وتوصيلها. توضّح هذه الصفحة ما نجمعه وكيف نستخدمه ونحميه. البنود ١–٧ تخص الركّاب، والبند ٨ يخص الكباتن الذين يستخدمون تطبيق GoGolfy Captain.
GoGolfy is a golf-cart ride service inside the Dar Masr Al Andalous compound, New Cairo. We only collect the data needed to book and complete your ride. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. Sections 1–7 cover riders; section 8 covers captains using the GoGolfy Captain app.
1 المعلومات التي نجمعها Information we collect
رقم الموبايل — للتواصل معك بخصوص رحلتك.
رقم العمارة — لتحديد أقرب نقطة انطلاق لك (اختياري).

وقت الرحلة وعدد الركاب وطريقة الدفع وسجل رحلاتك.
تقييمك للرحلة (اختياري) ومُعرّف مجهول للجهاز يساعدنا على ربط رحلاتك دون معرفة هويتك.
نجمع هذه البيانات عندما تحجز عبر الموقع (gogolfy.net) أو عبر واتساب. لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي (GPS) كراكب — الكابتن وحده هو من يشارك موقع عربته أثناء الشيفت (انظر البند ٨). لا نجمع بيانات بطاقات الدفع (الدفع نقدًا أو عبر إنستاباي مباشرة).
We collect your mobile number, building number (optional), pickup & destination inside the compound, the ride time, number of riders, payment method, your ride history, an optional ride rating, and an anonymous device ID that links your rides without identifying you — entered when you book on gogolfy.net or via WhatsApp. We do not collect your GPS location as a rider (only the captain shares his cart's location during a shift — see section 8) and we do not collect payment-card data (cash or InstaPay direct).

We use your data to book your ride, dispatch the captain, contact you about the trip, remember your number and building for next time, calculate the fare, run the service (internal accounting/settlement), and improve quality. We never use it for advertising and we never sell it.
3 الأساس القانوني Legal basis
نعالج بياناتك بموجب قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم ١٥١ لسنة ٢٠٢٠، على أساس تنفيذ خدمة الحجز التي طلبتها وموافقتك عند إدخال بياناتك وتأكيد الحجز.
We process your data under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 151 of 2020), on the basis of performing the ride-booking service you requested and your consent given when you enter your details and confirm a booking.
4 من يطّلع على بياناتك Who sees your data · our processors
يطّلع الكابتن المكلّف برحلتك على ما يلزم لتوصيلك فقط (نقطة الانطلاق والوجهة وعدد الركاب). نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات موثوقين لتشغيل التطبيق:
Cloudflare — لاستضافة الموقع وتأمين الاتصال (HTTPS).
ntfy.sh — قناة تقنية لحظية لإرسال الرحلة إلى شاشة الكابتن. لا يمرّ عبرها رقم موبايلك ولا رقم عمارتك إطلاقًا؛ تحمل فقط نقطة الانطلاق والوجهة ورقم الحجز. (وتحمل أيضًا موقع العربة واسم الكابتن ورقمه أثناء الشيفت — انظر البند ٨.)
Meta (WhatsApp) — إذا حجزت عبر واتساب، تُعالَج رسائلك على منصة واتساب للأعمال لإتمام الحجز، وتخضع أيضًا لسياسة خصوصية واتساب.
The captain assigned to your trip sees only what's needed to complete it (pickup, destination, riders). We rely on trusted processors: Google (Apps Script / Sheets / Drive) to store bookings & backups; Cloudflare to host the site and secure the connection; ntfy.sh, a real-time technical channel that dispatches the ride to the driver's screen and never carries your phone or building (only pickup, destination, and booking reference — it also carries the captain's live cart position, name and phone during a shift, see section 8); and Meta (WhatsApp) if you book via WhatsApp. Each processor handles data under its own terms.
5 التخزين والحماية Storage & security
يُحفظ سجلّ حجوزاتك (ومنه رقمك وعمارتك) في جداول Google الخاصة بالتشغيل، ولا يصل إليها إلا مشغّل جوجولفي المصرّح له. قناة الإرسال اللحظي للكابتن قناة تقنية لا تحمل رقمك أو عمارتك. ننقل البيانات عبر اتصال مُشفّر (HTTPS)، ونحتفظ بنسخ احتياطية منتظمة. كما يُخزَّن رقمك وعمارتك محليًا على جهازك لتسهيل الحجز التالي، ويمكنك مسحه بمسح بيانات التطبيق.
Your booking record (including your number and building) is stored in the operator's Google Sheets, accessible only to the authorised GoGolfy operator. The real-time dispatch channel to the captain is a technical channel that does not carry your number or building. Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is backed up regularly. Your number and building are also stored locally on your own device to speed up your next booking — you can clear this by clearing the app's data.
6 الاحتفاظ والحذف Retention & deletion
نحتفظ بسجلّ الحجوزات لمدة تصل إلى ٢٤ شهرًا لأغراض التشغيل والمحاسبة، ثم يُراجَع للحذف أو إخفاء الهوية. يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقت بالتواصل معنا (بريد أو واتساب) مع ذكر رقم موبايلك، وسننفّذ الطلب خلال ٣٠ يومًا ونحذف رقمك من السجلّ والنسخ الاحتياطية اللاحقة. الخطوات بالتفصيل في صفحة حذف الحساب والبيانات.
We keep booking records for up to 24 months for operations and accounting, after which they are reviewed for deletion or anonymisation. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us (email or WhatsApp) with your mobile number; we will action it within 30 days and remove your number from the record and from subsequent backups. 8 للكباتن — تطبيق GoGolfy Captain For captains — the GoGolfy Captain app
تطبيق GoGolfy Captain على أندرويد مخصّص لكباتن عربات الجولف العاملين مع جوجولفي، ويدخلون إليه برقم سري (PIN) تعطيه لهم الإدارة. هذا ما يجمعه التطبيق عن الكابتن:
الموقع الدقيق (GPS) — أثناء الشيفت فقط. يقرأ الموبايل الموقع باستمرار (حوالي مرة كل ثانية) طول ما مشاركة الموقع شغّالة، حتى والشاشة مقفولة، عن طريق خدمة أمامية يظهر لها إشعار ثابت طول الوقت (مثل «🟢 عربة ٧ · مباشر على الخريطة»). يُرسَل موقع العربة كل بضع ثوانٍ أثناء وجود راكب منتظر، وعلى فترات أبعد في غير ذلك. التطبيق لا يطلب إذن «الموقع في الخلفية طول الوقت».
اسم الكابتن ورقم موبايله — يُرسَلان مع موقع العربة حتى يرى الراكب المنتظر مَن القادم إليه ويتصل به.
نشاط الشيفت والرحلات — بداية الشيفت ونهايته، فترات الشحن، واستلام الرحلات وركوب الراكب وإنهاء الرحلة والدفع، مع وقت كل حدث وموقعه الجغرافي عند حدوثه، والمسافة التقريبية التي قطعتها العربة (لتقدير البطارية).
مُعرّف للجهاز يُحفظ على الموبايل — لربط الدخول بالجهاز وحماية الرقم السري من التخمين.
لماذا: لإظهار العربة للراكب المنتظر وللمكتب على الخريطة، ولتوزيع الرحلات على أقرب عربة متاحة، ولتسجيل الحضور والانصراف وحساب المستحقات والأجور.
مَن يراها: الراكب صاحب الرحلة يرى اسم الكابتن ورقمه وموقع العربة؛ والسكان الذين يفتحون التطبيق يرون العربات المتاحة على الخريطة، وتصل بيانات العربة (ومعها اسم الكابتن ورقمه) إلى أجهزتهم أثناء الشيفت وإن لم تظهر لهم؛ ومشغّل جوجولفي (المكتب) يرى كل ما سبق مع سجلّ الشيفتات والرحلات.
مزوّدو الخدمة:Google (Apps Script · Sheets) لتخزين سجلّ الرحلات والشيفتات؛ وntfy.sh قناة لحظية تمرّ عبرها رسائل الموقع المباشر (الموقع والاسم والرقم). تُرسَل رسائل الموقع المباشر بدون تخزين مؤقت على القناة، ولا تحفظها جوجولفي بعد انتهاء الرحلة؛ المحفوظ فقط هو أحداث الشيفت والرحلات المذكورة أعلاه. لا إعلانات، ولا أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع من طرف ثالث، ولا نبيع أي بيانات.
الاحتفاظ: نحتفظ بسجلّ الرحلات والشيفتات كسجلّات تشغيل ومحاسبة وأجور طالما احتجنا إليها لهذه الأغراض، ثم تُحذف أو يُخفى صاحبها عند الطلب في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.
إيقاف المشاركة: يتوقف إرسال الموقع تلقائيًا عند وضع العربة على الشاحن، أو الضغط على «إنهاء الشيفت»، أو قفل التطبيق نهائيًا (السحب من قائمة التطبيقات الأخيرة). ويمكنك سحب إذن الموقع في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← التطبيقات ← GoGolfy Captain ← الأذونات ← الموقع.
GoGolfy Captain is the Android app for the golf-cart captains who work with GoGolfy; they sign in with a PIN issued by the office. It collects:
Precise location (GPS), only during a shift. While sharing is on, the phone reads location continuously (about once a second), including while the screen is locked, through a foreground service with a visible, standing notification (e.g. "🟢 Cart 7 · live on the map"). The cart's position is sent every few seconds while a rider is waiting and less often otherwise. The app does not request "all the time" background location.
The captain's name and phone number, sent with the cart position so the waiting rider can see who is coming and call him.
Shift and ride activity: shift start and end, charging windows, ride claim, pickup, completion and payment, each with its time and the GPS position at that moment, and the approximate distance the cart has driven (for battery estimates).
A device identifier kept on the phone, to tie sign-in to the device and protect the PIN from guessing.
Why: to show the cart to the waiting rider and the office, to dispatch rides to the nearest free cart, and for attendance and pay.
Who sees it: the rider of the trip sees the captain's name, phone and cart position; residents with the app open see available carts on the map, and the cart's live data (including the captain's name and phone) reaches their devices during the shift even where it is not shown; the GoGolfy operator (the office) sees all of this plus the shift and ride records.
Processors:Google (Apps Script / Sheets) stores the ride and shift records; ntfy.sh is the real-time relay the live position frames (position, name, phone) pass through. Live frames are sent uncached and are not stored by GoGolfy beyond the trip; only the shift and ride events above are kept. No ads, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and we never sell data.
Retention: ride and shift records are kept as operations, accounting and payroll records for as long as they are needed for those purposes, then deleted or anonymised on request where the law allows.
How to stop: sharing stops by itself when the cart goes on the charger, when you tap "End my shift", or when you close the app (swipe it away). You can also revoke location at any time in Settings → Apps → GoGolfy Captain → Permissions → Location.
