GoGolfy is a golf-cart ride service inside the Dar Masr Al Andalous compound, New Cairo. We only collect the data needed to book and complete your ride. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
1 المعلومات التي نجمعها Information we collect
رقم الموبايل — للتواصل معك بخصوص رحلتك.
رقم العمارة — لتحديد أقرب نقطة انطلاق لك (اختياري).
نقطة الانطلاق والوجهة داخل الكمبوند.
وقت الرحلة وعدد الركاب وطريقة الدفع وسجل رحلاتك.
تقييمك للرحلة (اختياري) ومُعرّف مجهول للجهاز يساعدنا على ربط رحلاتك دون معرفة هويتك.
نجمع هذه البيانات عندما تحجز عبر الموقع (gogolfy.net) أو عبر واتساب. لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي (GPS) — الكابتن وحده هو من يشارك موقعه لتتبّع العربة. لا نجمع بيانات بطاقات الدفع (الدفع نقدًا أو عبر إنستاباي مباشرة).
We collect your mobile number, building number (optional), pickup & destination inside the compound, the ride time, number of riders, payment method, your ride history, an optional ride rating, and an anonymous device ID that links your rides without identifying you — entered when you book on gogolfy.net or via WhatsApp. We do not collect your GPS location (only the driver shares location, to track the cart) and we do not collect payment-card data (cash or InstaPay direct).
2 كيف نستخدم بياناتك How we use it

تذكّر رقمك وعمارتك حتى لا تعيد إدخالهما في كل مرة.
حساب الأجرة، وتشغيل الخدمة (المحاسبة والتسويات الداخلية)، وتحسين الجودة وأوقات الوصول.
We use your data to book your ride, dispatch the driver, contact you about the trip, remember your number and building for next time, calculate the fare, run the service (internal accounting/settlement), and improve quality. We never use it for advertising and we never sell it.
3 الأساس القانوني Legal basis
نعالج بياناتك بموجب قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم ١٥١ لسنة ٢٠٢٠، على أساس تنفيذ خدمة الحجز التي طلبتها وموافقتك عند إدخال بياناتك وتأكيد الحجز.
We process your data under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 151 of 2020), on the basis of performing the ride-booking service you requested and your consent given when you enter your details and confirm a booking.
4 من يطّلع على بياناتك Who sees your data · our processors
يطّلع الكابتن المكلّف برحلتك على ما يلزم لتوصيلك فقط (نقطة الانطلاق والوجهة وعدد الركاب). نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات موثوقين لتشغيل التطبيق:
Cloudflare — لاستضافة الموقع وتأمين الاتصال (HTTPS).
ntfy.sh — قناة تقنية لحظية لإرسال الرحلة إلى شاشة الكابتن. لا يمرّ عبرها رقم موبايلك ولا رقم عمارتك إطلاقًا؛ تحمل فقط نقطة الانطلاق والوجهة ورقم الحجز.
Meta (WhatsApp) — إذا حجزت عبر واتساب، تُعالَج رسائلك على منصة واتساب للأعمال لإتمام الحجز، وتخضع أيضًا لسياسة خصوصية واتساب.
The driver assigned to your trip sees only what's needed to complete it (pickup, destination, riders). We rely on trusted processors: Google (Apps Script / Sheets / Drive) to store bookings & backups; Cloudflare to host the site and secure the connection; ntfy.sh, a real-time technical channel that dispatches the ride to the driver's screen and never carries your phone or building (only pickup, destination, and booking reference); and Meta (WhatsApp) if you book via WhatsApp. Each processor handles data under its own terms.
5 التخزين والحماية Storage & security
يُحفظ سجلّ حجوزاتك (ومنه رقمك وعمارتك) في جداول Google الخاصة بالتشغيل، ولا يصل إليها إلا مشغّل جوجولفي المصرّح له. قناة الإرسال اللحظي للكابتن قناة تقنية لا تحمل رقمك أو عمارتك. ننقل البيانات عبر اتصال مُشفّر (HTTPS)، ونحتفظ بنسخ احتياطية منتظمة. كما يُخزَّن رقمك وعمارتك محليًا على جهازك لتسهيل الحجز التالي، ويمكنك مسحه بمسح بيانات التطبيق.
Your booking record (including your number and building) is stored in the operator's Google Sheets, accessible only to the authorised GoGolfy operator. The real-time dispatch channel to the driver is a technical channel that does not carry your number or building. Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is backed up regularly. Your number and building are also stored locally on your own device to speed up your next booking — you can clear this by clearing the app's data.
6 الاحتفاظ والحذف Retention & deletion
نحتفظ بسجلّ الحجوزات لمدة تصل إلى ٢٤ شهرًا لأغراض التشغيل والمحاسبة، ثم يُراجَع للحذف أو إخفاء الهوية. يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقت بالتواصل معنا (بريد أو واتساب) مع ذكر رقم موبايلك، وسننفّذ الطلب خلال ٣٠ يومًا ونحذف رقمك من السجلّ والنسخ الاحتياطية اللاحقة.
We keep booking records for up to 24 months for operations and accounting, after which they are reviewed for deletion or anonymisation. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us (email or WhatsApp) with your mobile number; we will action it within 30 days and remove your number from the record and from subsequent backups.
7 حقوقك Your rights
وفقًا للقانون ١٥١ لسنة ٢٠٢٠، لك الحق في الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها وسحب موافقتك والاعتراض على المعالجة. تواصل معنا وسنساعدك.
